- Helmets:
- Helmets are mandatory for all drivers and passengers while operating a motorized bike.
- If you lose or damage your helmet, please contact Customer Care for a replacement. Never drive without a helmet.
- Licenses:
- All drivers must possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Depending on your nationality and location, you may also need an International Driver’s License/document. It is your responsibility to ensure these documents are valid and in order.
- Bike Security:
- Lock your bike when not in use.
- Park only in designated parking areas. Do not park on private properties without the owner’s permission.
- Travel Documents:
- Customers must ensure that every member of their group has the proper travel documents as required by local regulations.
- Insurance:
- We strongly recommend obtaining appropriate travel and medical insurance. This should cover potential issues during your holiday, including illness, injury, death, third-party damage, and cancellations.
- Fuel Policy:
- All bikes are supplied with a full tank of petrol upon delivery and must be returned with a full tank. If the tank is not full upon return, a fuel charge plus a handling fee will apply.
- Bike Exchange:
- You may switch to another bike within three hours of accepting your reserved bike, subject to availability and a one-time restriction. Upgrades will incur additional costs, while downgrades will be refunded the difference.
- Return and Late Fees:
- Bikes must be returned on time to avoid extra hiring costs. If you need to extend your rental, notify us 48 hours in advance. The easiest way to extend is by making a new booking online and informing us via phone or email.
- Reporting Issues:
- Notify Customer Care immediately if the bike has any faults or becomes unroadworthy. We will repair or replace the bike promptly.
- Road Use Only:
- Our bikes are for road use only and should not be taken off-road or onto beaches.
- Documentation and Travel Issues:
- We are not liable for losses due to improper documentation or travel-related problems, including canceled or delayed flights.
- Bike Availability:
- If the type of bike you reserved is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a similar or upgraded bike at no extra cost.
- Service Limitation:
- Our staff can only provide services listed on our website and brochure.
- Complaints:
- Complaints must be raised before departure; we will not entertain complaints afterward.
- Force Majeure:
- We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including acts of God, power failures, fires, floods, epidemics, wars, riots, and terrorism.
- Timing:
- If we offer delivery or collection services at your rental location, please note that the times provided are indicative. While we strive to be punctual, logistics can be challenging in busy tourist areas.
- Leaving the Bike:
- If you choose to leave the bike at your accommodation for collection without being present, you must take five photos of the bike: front, left side, right side, rear, and the fuel indicator. If the bike has storage under the seat, photograph it to show that you have placed the helmet and other accessories inside.
- Always leave the keys with the receptionist or duty manager and inform us which hotel staff member accepted the keys.
